Reformer, mat and one to one pilates in Wolverhampton

Everything here is taught in small numbers. Class times and prices are confirmed when you call the studio, so you always get the current timetable.

01

Reformer Pilates, small group

Low impact, spring resisted work on the reformer, taught in small groups so you get watched and corrected.

Every position is scaled to you, so a first timer and a regular can work side by side in the same class.

All levels, including complete beginners

02

Beginner reformer session

Your first time on the machine, walked through slowly: how the springs work, how to set up, how to breathe.

You leave knowing what each part of the reformer does, so your first group class feels familiar instead of confusing.

Anyone new to reformer pilates

03

One to one private session

The whole hour is yours, built around your body, your goals and anything you are working around.

Useful if you are returning after a break, managing a niggle, or you simply prefer working without a group.

Returning after time off, or working around an injury

04

Mat and props work

Classic pilates on the mat with rings, balls and light weights. Core, control and mobility without a machine.

A good pairing with reformer work through the week, and an easy place to start.

All levels

Rolled mats in a basket beside folded towels, pilates rings and a weighted ball

Questions people ask first

Do I need any pilates experience?
No. Beginners are welcome, and every exercise is scaled to the person doing it. Tell us when you book that it is your first time and we will put you in the right session.
What should I wear and bring?
Fitted clothing you can move in, grip socks for the reformer, and water. Nothing else is needed.
How do I book a class?
Head to our Book page, pick a class time that suits you and reserve your spot online. You can see our passes and memberships on the Pricing page.
Where exactly are you, and where do I park?
We are at 86 Darlington Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EX, a short walk from Wolverhampton city centre. There is lots of parking on nearby streets, but the best is Fold Street Car Park, a short 1-2 minute walk up to the studio.
Is reformer pilates suitable if I have an injury or I am rebuilding strength?
Often yes, and this is what the one to one session is for. Tell us what is going on before you book so we can plan the session around it. If you are under medical care, check with your clinician first.

Times and prices

We keep the timetable and prices off the page on purpose while the studio settles into its schedule. One quick message gets you both, plus a slot that matches your level.
